Items will be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. Deliveries will be made through Royal Mail as follows:

• United Kingdom: UK Standard 2nd Class
• Rest of the world: International Standard

CDs & Branded Merchandise (T-shirts, tea towels, mugs, tote bags, etc.)

We hope you love your order, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@isqmusic.com.

We’ll be happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund (including any postage costs) once we’ve confirmed the issue.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the item.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size/colour, so please check product descriptions and sizing carefully before ordering.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads (including MP3, WAV, or other formats) are final and non-refundable, unless the files are defective or corrupted.
